    养生竹笙卷,简单又十分有益的日常餸菜之一。芦笋味道鲜美,吃起来清爽可口,而且开胃又助消化。

    Step 1

    将竹笙先修剪去头、尾后,剪成长段9公分,洗净沥干水。Remove bamboo fungus head and tail, cut it to 9cm, wash and drain.

    Step 2

    青芦笋刨去老皮少许,冲洗,用竹笙裹紧,整齐排入碟上,放入蒸锅中蒸5-7分钟即可取出。Peeled the asparagus old skin and rinsed, wrapped tightly with bamboo fungus and arranged on a plate. Steamed into steamer for 5-7 minutes.

    Step 3

    略热锅,加入调味料、鲜百合和枸杞,一起用小火煮至汁浓稠即可淋上竹笙芦笋享用。Heat the wok, add seasonings, fresh lily and wolfberry, simmer together on low heat until the sauce is thicken, pour over bamboo fungus and asparagus. Enjoy.
